Very good experience ordering online. The product I was looking for was available and price was good. I picked up my order at their warehouse which was easy to find and smooth pick up process. The gentleman that helped me was very friendly. Overall a good experience and I would definitely order again.
I recently started purchasing here in bulk because they had a pretty decent variety and the best prices as well and they were not far. Their customer service and turn over time has been really great and I have no complaints. Will definitely continue purchasing more from them and I would highly recommend them to anyone! They have a great selection and the whole process is really smooth and simple. So much cheaper than buying single servings of candy or compared to other wholesalers
My daughter asked for a certain type of candy and couldn't find it at retailers anywhere in Toronto. I not only found them at iSweet but they were a great price too. The team was also able to accommodate my request to pick up the order shortly after I placed it (they don't have weekend schedule for pick up). Will definitely purchase from them again.
Incredibly fast service, friendly and responsive staff, and great prices. Far better so far than any of the competition that I have had the displeasure in dealing with. Wasn't sure about ordering bulk amounts of candy online at first and trusting a company but this operation has been open and transparent the entire time and your money is safe in their hands.
