I have been to ISO Spa a few times for a float session and I always enjoy my time there. The rooms are always clean and I like that they provide small extras, like earplugs. I generally float for relaxation but I have found that it has pain relief benefits as well. The owners seriously care about your experience here and want to make sure you are getting the most out of your sessions. I highly recommend visiting if you are curious about the float experience!

Very cool place. Very clean and well taken care of. You will float in a bath filled with the Epsom salt solution. The bath has a lead that you are supposed to close on yourselves, but you don’t have to. The water temperature is set to match body temperature, different for men and women. Some people relax and calm down. Others get stimulated and awaken. You may feel a little taller after the bath.

I visited the Iso Spa for the first time this summer. I heard good things about flotation therapy for relaxation. I was a bit nervous the first time I went, however it was a wonderfully relaxing experience. The place was very clean and it was veryquiet while I was there so there were no distractions. Would highly recommend!

The ISO spa floats are amazing. I have rheumatoid arthritis and I feel so good after the session. The spa is exceptionally clean and the service wonderful.
