Ruhi was selling his reception desk on Facebook market. He promised me to hold for me until 1pm this afternoon. We drove all the way over to Abbotsford from Vancouver and he sold it to someone else just when we got there. It was over 1 hour of drive to get there. If he didn't want to hold for me, he should have told me earlier and I wouldn't mind. This person cannot even keep the basic promise. Don't not do business with him. Beware

I booked a flight with them in early February which they canceled. They promptly charged the fare to my charge card. They said they would refund the price and sent me a negative invoice saying they had done that. They never did and they don't respond to emails or voice mails.

They cancelled the flight the night before due to lack of demand and 3 weeks later I still haven't received a refund for the flight. I've emailed 3 times and have had no response back and they don't answer their phones. Very poor customer service. Actually, no customer service at all. Disappointing!

This little airline is handy for going into the island, if there are no other issues, like weather or mechanical problems. I got stranded twice now and they don’t give you any refunds other than crediting your “account” for cost of flight. I waited two hours beyond scheduled flight time last night, had no dinner and barely got any sympathy. I would rate them higher if not for their front person who handles phone calls or emails. She needs to get a few lessons on customer service. Nonetheless, their pilots are very professional, super nice and friendly.
