I would highly recommend Richardson Docks beyond any other company or manufacturer. These docks are the best there can be and I had mine designed to my specific needs. It is extremely stable in the water and super easy and time efficient during the switch in seasons. It takes 2 people less than an hour to pull them in in the fall or out in the spring! My answers to all the review the questions are as follows: What do you like about this business? Richardson Docks is an exceptional business. They are very quick to respond even after installation, if we have a question Jack answers or calls back very quickly. They are very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant, I can't say enough about the quality of the product. We are so very happy with our new docks as they look and function perfectly. When they give you a time frame they meet that or exceed. They are very reasonable in price and huge in customer service. I would recommend Jack and Richardson Docks to anyone and everyone.
We’ve been lake residents for over 20 years. We’ve had a number of docks. Without question the decks and dock that Richardson made for us are the highest quality, most functional, and best looking that we have had. Richardson provided everything from cad drawings, pre- fabrication, delivery, and installation at our home. The materials used are high quality. The hardware is very robust and manufactured specifically for docks. Richardson delivers a complete package with ladders, cleats, anchors, and even solar lights. The dock is very stable. It appears that the dock will last a very long time. Since the dock and decks were custom designed and made for us they accommodate our specific needs. The dock and decks have exceeded all our expectations!
My wife and I are having cottage built on A lake near Blind river and had Jack Richardson install a floating T shaped dock for us. I can't say enough about the great quality of the dock and professionalism in building and installing it. We have enjoyed it greatly over the summer and hope to enjoy it for years to come. It was a pleasure dealing with Richardson Docks and I would recommend them to anyone.

Make sure to call ahead to make sure someone knowledgeable will be there to talk to you. We drove 2 hours to get there expecting a showroom, pamphlets, pricing etc. Only had a few displays in the water and offered to take our number to have someone call. Wasted day.
