I highly recommend Iris Nanaimo for professional, personal service. I was helped by Kimberly Jackson. She was incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of eye health and made my children feel comfortable during their exams. She also took the time to help me find the perfect frames for my face, style, and needs. I consider myself a loyal customer because of the level of care I received there.

My experience with Iris , downtown Nanaimo was excellent. The Doctor that tested my eyes was very professional and thorough, very pleasant person. No worries if you have a problem with your new glasses. Staff at Iris are extremely willing to please . Satisfaction Guarantied. They all made sure I was happy. I’m so pleased I went to Iris . I’m feeling great !

Prior to moving to Iris Downtown and Dr. Winnie Ng, I got testing and glasses from a number of different area optometrists. None of them got my prescription right for my astigmatism and the differences between right and left eyes (due to injury). But Dr. Ng and Iris Downtown did. Testing is thorough and the glasses and lenses they provide are excellent. I have been with them now for many years and have always had a positive experience, and very good service and help.

I had the best experience at Iris Nanaimo! Kim was so helpful in picking out a frame that suits my face perfectly! She was professional and friendly. I definitely have found my new place for glasses! I would recommend Kim to anyone!

Always Spacie

We just returned from picking out glasses at Iris's downtown Nanaimo location! We originally visited their Woodgrove Mall store but once it closed, despite living in the North End, we have travelled to the South End and continuing to shop there! My daughter has needed a new pair of glasses every couple years so we've purchased a fair few, and every single time, we have had the best experience. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the store has always been clean and organized, and we've never ever been rushed. In fact, the time before today, we probably spent at least an hour or 2 trying on numerous frames and everyone was great the entire time. We love Iris, and how well we are treated there... Have no interest in going elsewhere! Iris really is the best :)
