I was looking to get some new frames and contacts and 2 friends recommended Iris to me. I am SUPER glad I listened! I was able to book an eye exam, Dr. Jean was absolutely fantastic! He talked me through everything he was doing and also made recommendations in regards to my eye health. I have been wearing glasses/contacts for 25 years and have never had that! And then I got to work with Candice on finding new frames! I have never had a better customer service experience. Ever. I cannot speak highly enough of Candice. She was kind, supportive, and full of knowledge! She studied my face and prescription, we talked about what I was looking for, and I loved her first choice! Her abilities and knowledge made my experience unforgettable. I will be back and recommending to all of my friends and family! Thank you Candice!!!!!

We've been going to this Iris store for 7 years now. The staff are wonderful, very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My husband and I saw Dr. G. Jean for the first time and we both felt that Dr. Jean explained things to us very well. Candice helped me choose some new glasses and frames which I am very pleased with. Iris has an incredible staff at the Chilliwack location. After all these years we almost feel like family:) Keep up the great service:):)

A few months ago, having finally returned from Ecuador with it being an extensive 5 months past the departure date, I was in dire need of replacing my prescription lenses. Once having served the 2 week quarantine, I went in for an appointment and was serviced by a fine young lady Candice. She listened to my issue and concerns with my vision and lenses. My job involves day or night driving and the issues with my vision needed resolving. She went the extra mile , so to say, in customer service to help out my needs. Seeing as I was not able to return to Canada in my warranty period she was able to maintain it due to my lockdown and inability to get services to my lenses. I am a very happy customer because of her service to me and the investment for healthy vision. The entire staff is friendly and prior to this past visit, I have always had great service. Candice tho, she really made me smile with her bright personality. Iris is fortunate to have her amongst the team!

I was impressed that he took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions and make suggestions on how to maintain my eye health.
