The shop owner Ryan is never at his store. The window sign says to text him it takes DAYS for him to get back to you. When he does a repair it takes a long time to gets parts in, and when he gets parts they are not correct and they don’t last. When I tried to get in touch with Ryan again it took DAYS to him to respond only to be told I was lying to get a repair he doesn’t stand behind his work and so I had to pay again to have my equipment fixed properly and it’s lasted a lot longer then Ryan’s repair Just because it seems like a good deal I found out the hard way it wasn’t. I will not and would not recommend using this shop for repairs I went to Cellular magician in record works repair was done in 3 days has a warranty and the correct parts were put on.
