If I could give these guys a zero, I would! I have never been so disgusted with the way a company conducts their business in all my life! I have attempted to get service from them twice now but NEVER again. The first time, I had a water tank leak and needed restoration quote. The guys showed up really late for starters and once here did not seem to know what they were doing. They kept complaining about what a pain the job would be due to the fact that I lived in a mobile and they only work on big houses, like the ones up at Panorama. Wow!! The second time I emailed for a quote to get walls cleaned as I am unable to do them myself. Once the owner Colin found out I lived in a mobile home (once again) I never heard back from him. I am sorry that I don't live in a huge fancy house with a 6 figure bank account! This is a small town and one day that will come back to bite them in the a**! I do not recommend these guys at all! Very POOR values and morals!

Had a minor flood caused by a sprinkler. I called and they were on it that afternoon. The work was done promptly and professionally. They also took extra care to avoid any damage by workers coming in and out. Very happy with the service.
Rainbow handled our flood damage quickly, professionally,and with as little as possible disruption to us. Work was done to a very high standard. All phone calls were promptly handled. Highly recommend them for any restoration you need done.
Zero stars. These guys said they would be at our place but never showed. We called a few times. They said they will be right there. My wife wasted her whole day waiting. Very poor time management or they just don't care.
Diana and her team were terrific to work with. They quickly fixed our sewer back up in our revenue property so that we didn't lose a lot of rental income. We didn't have insurance and they worked with us to make the price affordable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
