I have truly never had such an awful “customer service” experience. Our appointment ended with the owner Josie tearing off her mask and yelling at us. The owner made us extremely uncomfortable from the moment we entered and was terrible quality for the amount paid. Do not recommend. Zero stars. My reply to La Petit's comment: Another integral part of customer service is actually listening to your customer. You did not address any of the concerns I stated and assumed I only paid 50%, when I actually paid full price. This just backs up my previous statement about a total lack of customer service and lack of attention to your clients. I stated clearly my issue was with the owner ripping off her mask and verbally assaulting us as we attempted to pay and her general rude attitude she treated us with during the visit. Nobody deserves to be yelled at as a customer at a \spa\ or any other establishment. So no, I will not be coming back for some more \pampering\/verbal harassment anytime soon.

On vacation and found this little spa to have a spa day to end our girls trip. Facial and nails. They worked us into their schedule and treated us so well. We felt so at home. The facial was amazing and my nails are mint. They take their time to do an amazing detailed job.
Had a men's pedicure this afternoon with Josie she was amazing! The spa was super clean and she worked super hard on my thick callouses. She made sure I was comfortable and music selection was good etc. Great conversation I will be back for sure! And thanks for staying open during covid must be hard
I unfortunately had a very negative experience at La Petite Spa. The customer service from the owner was very poor and we were met with hostility and anger during most of our appointment, which is not something I have experienced at a spa (or anywhere) before. When we booked, my friends and I were informed that we could wait in a back sitting area and sip champagne that we brought while waiting to get our nails done over a 2.5 hour window (which is the only reason we decided to book here). Unfortunately when we arrived we were informed that we pretty much had to stay silent and just sit at the front while others got their nails done. To add insult to injury, the FIRST set of nails took 1.5 hours to complete meaning we were expected to sit there in silence for at least 3 more hours. Overall the experience was terrible and I will not be coming back.
The staff are great! I've never been disappointed with my services. Would definitely recommend!!
