Bought beautiful tiles for my bathroom floor and walls, and when the contractor needed extra in a pinch, Interstone quickly came through without delay on the same day! Great customer service.

I cannot even begin to express the disappointment that I feel towards this company. I have attached photos, which are self-explanatory. Initially, we placed a large order with Mike, the sales rep, for our new bathroom. The tiles that we selected were from the showroom and purchased at the regular price. They arrived in tact. THEN, we stumbled across a room, which carries a low inventory of assorted tiles. At the time, we thought this would be a great solution for our basement hallways as we did not require a big order/quantity. Mike showed us grey Italian marble in \exactly the quantity we needed\ and at a discounted rate (given the low inventory). Sure enough, when the tiles were delivered, 1/5 of them were the incorrect colour; thus, we had to redesign our entire basement/landing concept given that the grey marble inventory was now obsolete: we had purchased all of it and yet, among that order, 1/5 of the tiles were cream-coloured. Therefore, there was never enough inventory for us to work with from the very beginning. Of course, nobody checked despite being eager to take the payment. Worse yet, the grey marble that was delivered had markings on each tile. When the contractor called Mike from Interstone to rectify the situation, Mike simply stated that the tiles were on sale because of the markings. This is completely false - the reason those tiles were on sale was because of the limited inventory. By no means would we have purchased the recommended tiles if we had known there were markings on them. There are several acts that could have been done by the company to rectify the situation and sadly, none of them were even entertained. To this day, none of my e-mails have even been answered.
I am a very detail oriented, and very particular client. I can be high maintenance and needy. I will tell you, my experience at Interstone with Mike and the team there exceeded my expectations. I have been shopping for material at various places in and around the Vaughn area and landed here. They took excellent care of me. Answered all of my questions. Had lots of patience for my indecisive moments. Did follow up calls to make sure I was on the right track. I can’t say enough good things. Thank you Interstone for being such a big part of my home renovations and for making the experience an amazing one.
After all my shopping around looking for tiles and counter tops, I stumbled across this company Interstone Marble and Granite in Vaughan. When I walked through their doors, I was very impressed with what I saw. The showroom was very beautiful and large (lots of options), the tile and decor throughout the office was so breathtaking; Not to mention the greeting I received from the receptionist! My sales consultant I was dealing with was Eliana, she was fantastic and very friendly. She answered all of my questions and had a lots of patience for my indecisive moments. Eliana took the time in helping me fine all the right tiles and slab pieces in the transformation of making my house into my home. She even made follow up calls to touch base and make sure everything worked out to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Interstone! Thank you for all your help
