I was in the market for a Husqvarna 701 LR which is a difficult motorcycle to find due to the limited production run. While I located one at the local dealer, a day of frustration with their staff had me banging my head against the wall as they tried to determine what the price actually was. I contacted James at International to see if he could help me out and not only did he have a 701 LR in stock, he came up with a better price than the local dealer had finally determined was list price. This is my second purchase from International Motorsports and there will be more in the future. They know their product line, excel in customer service and make the extra effort to ensure all the details are covered. After a 1611 km round trip the 701 is home and International Motorsports has repeat customer that will continue to support them going forward.

Stopped in the Vancouver store to have a look at a used Triumph for my girlfriend and ended up buying myself a brand new Indian Chieftain! (we are still on the hunt for the girlfriend's bike!) Daniel showed us around the Triumph and set up a test ride for her and sent me out on a used 2018 Chieftain with her. I was pretty much sold when I sat on it, then Daniel mentioned there was a 2020 on sale. He was super helpful and knowledgeable, never pushy and was a pleasure to deal with. Asia in the finance department was also very helpful and open with financing options and made the whole process really easy. Also want to say thanks to Nick in sales, always ready to chat bikes and offer assistance. Thanks International!

After vowing that I would never shop at international again due to a past negative experience, I did. A few years ago I purchased a bike from International and it was not what was advertised. I went back to International only because they are the Husky dealer. My latest experience was quite a lot better than last and I would say better than most I have had. I purchased a new Husky and the deal was straight forward and James treated me right. They were quick and efficient. I spoke to James and made the deal over the phone and when I arrived the bike was ready and exactly as discussed, I don't think I was there an hour which included re bleeding the brakes as James felt it wasn't right. If you've had a negative experience in the past I'd urge you to give them another shot.

I purchased two dirt bike helmets here for my daughters, picked up at the Langley store. The website said I have 30 days to exchange if the sizing was not correct. I confirmed this by calling the shop before I went ahead with the purchase to confirm. The helmets were a surprise gift for my girls who have never owned helmets before, one of them was too big so I happily brought it back to switch for a smaller size. Screenshot of the return/exchange policy in hand from when I ordered. I was told they would not honour the exchange and now I’m left with a helmet too big for my little girl. I would not recommend this place as they do not honour their posted policies and then they leave you high and dry, and if you’re really lucky the owner will call you a Karen and hurl insults at you as an added bonus. How professional and respectful to treat a mother of two little girls like this. Awful first time experience for us sadly.
