I contacted this company yesterday regarding an item that had they had posted in Collections my credit report which significantly affected my credit score. This item should not have been posted and I contacted them hoping to resolve the issue. Rather than address my concerns the owner, Darry, talked over me, engaged me in useless, irrelevant conversations, etc. and treated me like a second-class citizen. I asked numerous times for him to just address the issue but rather than do so, he talked around it. After 5 minutes of useless diatribe which included him asking me for my e-mail address and stating that he would send me an e-mail (\if he got my address correctly\ - I spelled it for him?) which I would have to say 'yes' to?!?, he then hung up on me. Suprise, suprise...I never got the so-called e-mail. Dreading calling back in a second attempt to get the matter dealth with.
