If I could give a rating in the negatives, I would do that. Joanne is a terrible person to deal with. Bad service in all ways imaginable. She did the horrible job with our curtains and never accepted the problem, instead she would argue. She doesn't have ethics, rude to the customers. We paid huge amount and regret going there, I wish someone should have warned us before going there. Don't waste your money, never go to Interior Touches.

I made the mistake of giving the owner my budget. She installed the most dated , heavy and ugly blinds. I trusted her to help me choose blinds for my new home. I believed she was connected to one of my close friends. Big mistake. I feel ripped off.
Be wary. Yes they sell quality but will upsell big time. My son went over with a paint sample and room dimensions. He should have come out with a pint of paint. He comes home with a gallon to do one coat on a ten foot by 7 foot wall. He's a teenager, I would expect the salesperson to ask questions and help get the best value.
I highly recommend taking the time to stop by Interior Illusions for any furniture and home decor needs you have. The showroom reflects high quality pieces and brands in styles to suit many tastes and sizes of homes. They are always bringing in new pieces, and can source and special order many more things than the showroom can hold.
We went in to check out blinds. Walked out with a really unique lamp which looks like an atom and three custom made pillows designed by Joanne. The lamp unfortunately had a poor switch, so it was dysfunctional. BUT, INterior Touches took it in right away and got the switch switched out (haha). IT does everything with care. A very good couple of experiences so far.
