If I could give a negative star, I would. By far the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. If you ever see this company.. please avoid at all cost. Many years back, The broker convince me to cancel my current policy, he said my insurance wants me to cancel. Even though I have never missed a payment. He promise mer, that if I cancelled, he will get me the best rate. I was paying almost 220 a month at the time. I said, ok. After the policy was cancelled, I came back for the best rate. He then informed me that my monthly is going to be almost 500 monthly. I had to go back and fight with my old insurance to get my policy back, because he lied to me. I later realize that, he wanted me to cancel so he can get bigger commission. He was trying to put on a high risk insurance policy. The guy got fired for some reason. Now 2018. With no warning or notice, they decided to switch my insurance policy to Travelers insurance. I wasn't even notified about it. I was paying 125 with wawanessa. With the switch, my rate went up to 195 with no accidents. They screwed with the wrong banking information, even though my banking information haven't changed. I called broker about it, he said. everything was fine, but it wasn't. For over two months, this guy did not call me to tell me anything was wrong. Evening though insurance company was contacting him. When I finally called him, to find out what is going on. He continuously lied to me. There is no point having a broker with this company. You can barely reach this people, when you finally reach them, they will lie to you. When I make a request, it is never done. You have to keep reminding them, before anything is done for you. Listen to my WARNING, avoid this company at all cost. Or else, you will regret your decision. I am currently shopping around for a different insurance company. I am getting my family and friends to cancel their policy or switch broker company.
