My order was delivered in a timely fashion! One issue is that the outermost later of the wrap that was touching the box was scuffed up in a few areas. Should be put in a plastic bag prior to shipping out to avoid this happening to other customers. Second issue was that the wrap wasn’t one continuous 60ft roll, the last 5ft was separated and rolled up inside the other. No idea why. Hopefully this doesn’t cause any issues when I go to wrap the car.

ordered 50ft of 3m vampire red, the plastic protection wrap already came off inside of the box. The entire roll has marks scratches that can't be cured. THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, stay away from this company, its absolute waste of time and money.
Absolute worst place to deal with, I don’t even want to give 1 star but it’s as low as I can go, paid for overnight shipping waited 2 weeks with no updated shipping info which I think is fair and then sent an email with regards to my order, no email back so emailed again a few days later saying if I don’t get a email back I’ll have to cancel transaction as I’m not paying for a product I can’t receive. Immediately got a nasty response back saying they cancelled my account and they tried to deliver it 3 times and sent multiple emails which never happened, phoned them and experienced the worst customer service I have ever received and did nothing to help and blamed everything on me. Product has not even left Ontario yet 3 weeks later which they are located, will not recommend to anyone.
dont buy from here. owner is rude. and they do not restock the same wrap, so if you wrap it with one of their wraps, and one day you need to re-wrap a panel, theres a chance they may not have that wrap and your stuck rewrapping the ENTIRE car.
Great place to buy wraps from they are always helpful and will always keep coming for more amazing colours. There is also a huge variety of colours.
Terrible service. Purchased a 3m white vinyl 5x1 to test it. I called multiple times and they never pick up the phone. I went in person to talk to them, they said they can’t help and to just wait for the order. I tried emailing them to cancel my order, they don’t respond. How the hell is this a company?!?! Save your money and shop elsewhere.
