I’ve had the good fortune to develop my business alongside Vince and his team at Innovative Licencing. My business is successfully moving forward step by step, with the guidance of Innovative. I have just received approval on my patent application ( 2 years) and my trademark went through last year. I did not rely on innovative to do everything for me; The whole premise of entrepreneurship is steering your own ship. They have guided me professionally and responsively. There are fees associated with idea protection, so be prepared for this step. It’s part of the process. Innovative has been a steady voice that I can turn to along the way. Vet your idea with an objective audience before moving to the next step...this is important for you to feel confident enough with your invention to move forward if Innovative flags it as “Solid and Ready ”. Nor are you expecting Innovative to make something out of nothing....and yes, I did my own trademark and patent searches. They provided me the link. I highly recommend the team at Innovative, but I caution those of you who want them to steer your ship while you sit back and watch. That is unreasonable and it’s unlikely entrepreneurship is for you.

worst company to trust your patent, this company use other office for the patent, so basically you paid a huge amount to a middleparty.... all is overcharge horrible. customer service is terrible. please be aware.
