I would find it beneficial if the hearing aid companies would have public seminars, I believe there are a lot of misconceptions regarding hearing loss and it is an invisable disability, what I mean by that if someone is sight impaired they have a white cane, if our vision is impaired we wear glasses, and there is little patience for people who need to have conversation repeated. Family members as well need to be educated, so they understand the challenges it involves the whole family and it is an adjustment for all living with someone with hearing loss. Like learning to speak face to face, and speak slowly and with patience, and realizing louder is not better it becomes a noise if too loud. As well when I am shopping and the announcements are made via the public address system it is as if they are screeching in my ear. These are a few problems which would be nice to have addressed. Thank-you

Great service, very professional, in and out promptly! Explained everything thoroughly so I understood.
My first Audiologist at Innovative Hearing also wore hearing aids which was a bonus, total understanding and appreciation for hearing challenges. She has retired but the service le el continues to be above standard.
