We had a fence installed about a year ago and we originally had issues getting communication with Ben. It would be weeks before he'd get back to us and it was like pulling teeth. Then we had issues with the install and needed to get him back to fix some stuff. Again difficult. About 4 months after the install we noticed that a fence post was tilting and we needed it fixed. A lock is also not working correctly. We've tried contacting them but they've gone radio silent. I'm not even sure if they're in business any more. The fence itself looks decent, but the service is not very good.

I'd give it a negative review if I could. I've never worked for a more inappropriate man in my life. The constant use of \that's what she said\went far beyond anything professional. Hired me knowing I had zero experience and did little to train me as I sat alone in his office a lot of the time. I left a fantastic job to try something different. In the near three months I worked with him there was no priorities as far as new customers and getting back to anyone in a timely fashion. Months would go by. I hope his new old girl gets things back in shape. She is professional and he needs her however he also needs to understand that he has messed up people's lives in the meantime while he figured his life out. There is nothing professional about letting someone go via text at 10 pm on a Saturday night. The work itself is done by a couple of great crews so that is quality, but the follow up when there is any sort of issue was never a priority. I hope things have changed, but I needed to share my experience as it still weighs heavy on me.

Initially Ben seems nice and gave us good services but then later on, properly after a year or so ,the fence screws started to rust, gate panels started curing. My husband called Ben and his office numerous times, finally they agree to come with one of the staff to check it out. They went though the whole fence and my husband showed them the issues. They set a date to come back to fix the issues. Guess what , they never showed up. My husband called Ben and the office, they denied they had made the booking to come that day. Wow ! what kind of company is that!!! Not only not showing up but also never followed us up and now even not answer our phone calls or return our calls. They are SCAM!!!! We are extemely disappointed with them. I am in the property management business. They lost lots of my business for sure. Ben, you such a j* Do not honour your work or warranty at all. What is the appointment to have warranty if you don't honor it. Just tell people, I would do the work but no warranty, you will be on your own after the project !!!
