My Laptop stopped functioning only showing the blue screen error. I brought it to Stroudtech for assistance. The tech went through my computer step by step and sourced the problem to a damaged hard drive. He communicated well, explained what he was doing and let me know the time to complete. I am happy with the service provider and the cost was very reasonable. I recommend anyone with cookie issues to bring it to Stroudtech.

Kids are hard on their devices, mine are no different. Having a good computer repair company close by is not only important but necessary. The work was done within days and I was updated throughout the process. They actually called me to update, I didn't have to call them. That in itself would make me return. I'm sure others would feel the same way as you can tend to feel like your devices are being held hostage by some other shops. Great service and nice people

I brought my Mac in when it stopped working. It was an older iMac and the hard drive couldn't handle the latest version of OS. Chike was able to extract all the data from the drive and put it on an external hard drive. He also gave me the original drive and recycled the rest of the computer for me. He was professional, prompt and communicated throughout the process. I would definitely use this service again.
