AvidCRP carried out a class 1 reserve fund study at our older condominium building in July/August 2019. The building has 19 units. In the past we have had trouble getting engineering firms to consider our small condominium so it was a pleasure to work with a firm that took us seriously and was willing to expend the effort required. The site visit and interviews were carried out in a timely fashion as scheduled, reports were discussed with us and our input taken into account before they were finalized--various funding plan scenarios were presented. AVID did a very thorough and professional job; all building elements were addressed by the study, and AVID even made suggestions to help us handle work that we were undertaking on our own. We now have a viable funding plan for our reserve fund and that is a huge relief. AVID's final assessment and report includes photos and explanations so any questions an owner might have can be answered easily. It was a pleasure to work with AVID, to have things happen in a timely fashion, and to get such a high quality set of final deliverables. I recommend AVID, without any reservations, for any condominium requiring reserve fund planning services.
