One year post-graduation and zero real job offers. Over 6,000 wasted for a 3-week program. This program was a waste of money and time. To all those reading this review, you're better off starting out as a laborer and working your way up with a company.

By far the most friendly, relaxed, and informative school I’ve ever attended. Can’t say enough good things about the instructors, and the course is super easy to grasp. I would 100% recommend this course to anyone looking for a career in heavy equipment. I’ve already secured a job weeks after taking the course and I couldn’t be happier. Thanks again to Ryan, Drew, and the rest of IHE for making my experience so good.

Was absolutely one of the best courses I have taken. Great instructors with a lot of experience running equipment out in the field. Class work was simple and easy to understand. Definitely worth the money!!

3 weeks theory that could have been done in less than 2 weeks. My RTB course was compacted into 1 week, well short of the 50 hrs required. I Didnt learn anything in the field other than how to drive the machine, No trenching or sloping exercises (I had to ask for more time) . Instructor was away in Hawaii and left a person in charge who didnt want to teach anything. Frustration is the word that comes to mind givin how expensive these courses are. Just a CASH GRAB. You're better off starting as a labourer with a busy company and work your way up the chain rather than blow 1000's on this Joke.

I have been to a few heavy equipment schools before and I do have to say this is a good heavy equipment school I went for the power by the hour where you pay by the hour to lean about equipment and any other technical things that a job is requiring you to know There were two instruters around me the while time to help and teach me new techniques and technology Like any other place they do try there best to help you find a job but you make it happen they teach you the reqired skills to do the job safely and deem you compatent This is not 2014 anymore so the wages are lower I felt the same thing in 2009 when I first went to a operators schools and left making 18 an hour to start but once they see you on equipment and know you can run it even if they can't bump your wage they might give you more hours
