Very poor customer service. After 3 phone calls with messages...no response, 2 emails...no response. Talking directly to Inner good employee who said they would call me back...no response. There has been no care or concern for my questions. For a health care, wellness company I find this disappointing and frustrating. There is many other online companies to shop with theses days that provide greater customer service I would suggest for you to look further as Inner Good does not support their customers at all.

First product I ordered came right away, second product was on back order from distributor. Inner good called me, to update me with status of order and wanted to see how I wanted to proceed. Either continue to wait, or refund money. I was extremely pleased with their customer service.
Excellent customer service! The Inner Good employees are dealing with a high level of stress on a daily basis to fill an overwhelming number of orders to ensure their customers receive their medical supplies in a timely manner. I really appreciate all of their efforts!
I placed a fairly large order on Friday, just before lunch and it came to my door before 10am this morning! Ordering process was painless and got a lots of assistance with my first time order which was very competitively priced. I highly recommend them!

I placed an online order with InnerGood.ca They immediately charged my credit card but they never provided any updates on if and when will they ship the product. A week later I sent them email asking about shipping status. No response. 2 weeks later a package appeared at my door. They sent it across Canada as "regular parcel" which is the slowest and least reliable service. Most online shippers use 'expedited parcel" service. I opened the package and realized they shipped me wrong kind of products, they shipped me items that I didn't order and are no use to me. I called their customer service line and I had to face a rude and arrogant customer service person. I will never order anything from InnerGood.ca again and neither should you.
