I called Freeman about a drain problem in my basement and they arrived within 20 minutes. They were extremely courteous and efficient. They kept me updated on the progress and did a great job. I would highly recommend this company.

Initial responsiveness was great, they came out to inspect the work we wanted done and provided an estimate. The day the work was supposed to be done, there was an issue getting the toilets we had picked out. There was very little communication from Freeman regarding this issue, I had to reach out several times to get a response. An alternate toilet was sourced, and the work was done very smoothly and professionally. I would not hesitate to recommend Freeman, with the caveat that you may need to be very proactive in communication efforts.
Needed the main shut off valve replaced, it no longer completely shut off and had an old solder joint leaking. It was great having Scott and his team look after it for me, they took care of everything including arranging for the outside shut off to be shut down by the county. Very pleased with the service, highly recommend calling Scott if you need anything.
