This business does not stand behind the products they sell! Be very careful when making purchases at Floors Xtra. I was very pleased with my first purchase and product there, however in less than a month the next brand of flooring i purchased with them is marked and scratched. I had bought enough to do a second room in my home and I do not want to use it because of the poor quality and they are refusing to accept a return of unopened product. Very upsetting and disappointing. I will never shop here again.

We have used Rick at Floors Xtra previously with great results so of course when it was time for more flooring we didn't bother going anywhere else. Luckily Rick happened to there when we went in and he quickly helped us with our selections in our price range. We had our kitchen cabinet color and paint chips with us to help with our choices. Rick makes the process so easy!

Honest people, many verity to choose from, I paid for the stairs nose cap and did not pick up and thy have returned my money after almost 18 months ( I don’t recommend doing that ) I am very Happy with the service and honesty.
