DEFINITELY AVOID. Tried to tow my friends car out of my driveway and hit my car in the process, pushed the rear drivers door in. To be fair, the driver seemed genuinely apologetic and took responsibility. Bidwells however told me they would take care of everything and sent me to a body repair. Got an appointment and everything seemed good until i tried to ask them about a rental car when mines in the shop. After many calls and a bunch of \we'll get back to you\ with no responses i finally got ahold of someone. Suddenly i should have been going through insurance from the beginning even tho they told me they would handle everything, refused to give me their insurance, said they weren't responsible for anything cuz it was private property (a house) as if they can just smash anyone's car and walk away, even said i was lucky if they paid for anything. Extremely rude, just trying to bully people. They ended up paying for the damage and i learned never to trust anyone in these situations so i guess thanks? Only words to describe this company is sloppy and shady.

Do not let these guys tow your vehicle. The other reviews are fake as they only reviewed one company ever. Long story short they damaged our car when it was towed and didn't do anything to help fix it. They \investigated\ and said that it wouldn't be possible that they damaged the car even though I showed one of their workers a video of my car before towing without the dent and scratches. They did respond and made it seem like they cared for at least one phone call, but clearly do not want to pay for their own mistake
Have used them like 5 times in the past year. From locking my keys in the car to having my tires slashed last week and needing a tow to a mechanic after hours. I have had a great experience every single time. They have always showed up faster than estimated. I am in the process of converting my van and every time I call Bidwell's the driver remembers me and asks to see what I've done since the last time he saw me LOL. 10/10 recommend.
