Bought a product, with 6 months exchange written on their business card, when I brought it back within 2 months of purchase date because the device was not working with my wifi network. Was told I would have to eat my losses and told that I was wasting their time. Horrible products, horrible customer service and has to be the worst place to purchase any tech products. They will not help you or even try to fix the product. It was working for a few days, and then stopped working. They did not even offer to replace the item or give me an exchange for a different item. It is in their best interest to give you a product that will stop working after a few days and then tell you that it’s used and there’s nothing they can do about it. Sounds like robbery to me.
