Exceptionally bad and downright inappropriate service. I just called this store to ask for a price for work to get done on my laptop, but also asked about the price of an item there (Apple earbuds). When I indicated that I would pass on that particular item, as I could see this item for half the price new on Amazon, but would service my laptop, the man on the phone actually started getting very angry to the point of yelling. I let him vent, thinking it would end, but he continued expressing his anger at Amazon, that it was all garbage, etc. I told him to calm down. Although he acknowledged his anger, he didn't bother to apologize, but just continued trashing Amazon. I didn't even bother challenging him on his untrue claims against Amazon. I simply told him he lost a client. I am not happy as this is the one Bell location, and the service is not at all representative.
