I have been going to infinity dental for 10 years. I normally hate dentist. I had a bad experience when I was a child. I normally do not take to freezing. I expressed my concerns to the staff here by saying "I would like the Ozzy Osbourne level of freezing!" I got a laugh and have never felt anything. I always get the best service here. I've had a few root canal's done lots of cavities filled; and an dental implant from the Edmonton North side location! I have seen lots of kids in and out over the years none crying. I Will continue to go here even if I move away again. I used to drive up here back when I lived 2 hours south of Calgary. Just to go to this Dentist!

STAY AWAY! Thanks to there botched work here I now have to get multiple teeth fixed out of pocket because insurance won’t pay for teeth again for 2 years.
Read the bad reviews and AVOID going here. If you need any work done that requires special skills, this isn’t the doctor for you. Please read his credentials as he isn’t certified to be doing half the work he preforms. Don’t expect this place to care about your teeth. They will act nice until they have taken your money.
Bankrupt! I just found out a couple of days ago from the Alberta Dental Association. And to make matters worse, the money we paid for my son's (undone) dental work is probably gone. Anyone else in the same situation?
Dr. Omar is amazing dentist and great person. He took my mom as an emergency walk in and helped make her a new bridge . I recommend this place to everyone and we will definitely come here in future. Thank you Dr. Omar for your help and thanks to your stuff for great help and friendly service.
This is a very bad dental service. They called me every six months to tell me my cleaning is up. I always refused to book appointment with them until recently. I agreed for them to book an appointment for cleaning. The day before the appointment, someone called me to confirm my dental insurance. On the appointment day, I showed up. The receptionist asked me if I was sure I had an appointment. She could not find me in the system. She said she could get me in but there would be a bit of a wait. I refused the service and left. A dental place like this always like to make money. They obviously don’t have enough business; hence they call me every six months. Then they mess it up. The service fees are about 25% more than the insurance company willing to pay. They over charge. I do not recommend to go to this place Infinity North. I would give them zero star if I had that option.
I’ve been going here for a number of years. Everything from cleanings to braces and everything in between I hands down have never had a bad experience with this place! I brought my daughter here for teeth cleaning and a filling. the staff were so kind to me and my daughter. I will continue to come back for more work to be done if need be.
i had some issues with my teeth like a (chipped tooth, receding gum and jaw pain from my wisdoms) i needed addressed before going in there and while i waited and waited i got charged 500 for x rays and a teeth cleaning that entailed the dentist scrapping my teeth putting fluoride in my mouth and sending me out the door. my teeth were not cleaned properly compared to every other place i’ve been to. i had to tell the dental assistant to call him back in to answer the questions for the reason i came in there and all he claimed was my braces were the issue and he can’t do anything until they’re off but every other dental place has found no issues with my braces and found solutions that weren’t involving them. i now need to go spend more money at another dental place to get my issues addressed because i wasted my time and money in this place and i do not recommend going here if you have actual dental issues.
