Love our new Q50 and the service that Nader, Monica and Peter provided to my wife and I. Not that our purchase was without it’s difficulties. Nader however was able to put us in the perfect car, and Monica was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and transparent when taking us through the finance process. Nader and Monica both had the highest level of professionalism while still being friendly to deal with. My wife and I felt like we were close to home and dealing with family. The experience has already started my wife thinking about buying the new QX50 when it is ready to launch. Excellent customer service. Took my car in for maintenance due to muffler issues. Fidel & Mo took the time to explain the issue and even brought me into the bay to see my hoisted car. I was sad to hear Lisa had moved next door to nissan, however I will be a happily returning customer. You're in good hand with Mo and Fidel.
