Have used IEL for years. They're knowledgeable about our engines as well as the generators. They always have or can get the parts we need quickly.
Well this is true story no exaggeration, bought a engine from them without knowing that they are not very pleasant to deal with, I have a shop and my customer unable to go ahead with the repair and had to return the engine and the sale man said 20% restocking charge which the long block wasn’t even touched after two weeks he didn’t want talk on the phone and when returned the engine he said has to be approved by management and wasn’t going to credit my card even after inspection and ok the redound charged me 700 for returning same conditions and unbelievable treatment, so people up to you.
We've being dealing with them for all our generator needs. Good place to deal with no worries about there.
Worse company I have ever dealt with in my life. Manager by the name of Al was the most disrespectful person to deal with. Argued with me on a warranty claim and sent the wrong part. He hung the phone up on me mid sentence because he could not accept he sent the wrong part.
