Wish I could give them a zero!!! Made an appointment for 10:00am but received a confirmation call Friday saying my appointment was 9:30am. Retrieved the message after hours as they called my home number and not my cell so I couldn’t call to clarify until Monday morning. Tried calling 3 times to confirm the time, no answer but left 1 message. I showed up 9:35am and couldn’t get into the building. Receptionist was abrupt and rude and called me out twice for being late....in-front of other customers. Customer service is AWFUL but against my better judgement stayed for my appointment. Recommend you look elsewhere if if wish to be treated with respect Maple Ridge location, others might be better idk.
