We ordered some of the slate tiles from Impex Stone and Tile - as it turned out we needed an extra box and Ila's service in getting these tiles to us was excellent. Very helpful and very customer focused. Will definitely shop here again.

worst customer service I’ve ever had! The management needs to talk to the delivery and pick area people and get them to practice their customer service cause 1: don’t make someone wait over and hour 2: don’t have attitude. Honestly never had so much trouble before with something like this!
