Great customer service provided by Chad and Derek! I've placed two orders with them for my art/stationery Etsy business and it was a smooth experience both times. I ordered art prints, notepads, notebooks, business cards, and bookmarks from them. The company offered free hard copy proofs and were quick to fix any issues with the orders. The pricing is very reasonable, and I appreciate the diverse number of products and papers offered.

These people are stellar at their jobs! Their level of service is extraordinary, and they are willing to go to the ends of the earth for their customers. Including one time, when I jumped in the truck and 10 minutes into the drive I sent an email asking if I could pick up my product. They were already closed for business hours ago, and instead of turning me away, they said they'd be there soon to unlock the door and leave my package out for me, if I should arrive after they get to the shop. Amazing! Who else would do that? No one else. These guys deserve your business. Also, their product quality is AMAZING. Our products and labels always get comments like "Wow, looks so premium and high value". They do not look cheap, and definitely make us look good on store shelves. They're super fast and responsive, and definitely care lots about their clientele, and do not cost an arm and a leg, like their competitors. Impactica is easily the most seamless part of our supply chain, and we think they would be that for your business as well. Hire them!
