One of their biggest buyers since \day one\ and Impact Calgary couldn't care less. The good old auction days are long gone where they care about their auction customers but they sure slurp up the insurance customers. They know how to play that game well. Winterizing trailers and boats? Will never happen. Someone else should be auctioning recreational salvage that cares. How about proper descriptions especially when you cant even go in to view!!!! You guys should stick to cars and let someone else take care of the recreational salvage.

Absolutely fantastic staff, who are very helpful and courteous. They definitely deserve the 5 star reviewers, I have been going to Impact for years and years never problems.I'm Reading some comments you guys complaining for fees and prices.Before then you sign membership you agree for all fees! You can't blame the aution house for the Prices,Fees and condition of vehicles it's Auction !Thanks Alex
!! Members Beware !! I have dealt with impact Calgary & impact Edmonton for many years , but since Covid started they have became careless of what they are selling , I purchased two units that were titled as active good to go units and when I got home and started to tinker with my new vehicles I decided to pull Lein check and to my surprise both units had unbelievably high leins. When I brought my concerns up to management (one unit from Edmonton , one unit from Calgary) they were very hostile towards me and even when I finally got them to agree on giving me my money back (took 4 months to even get to speak with someone) because it’s unfair that they sold these to me with leins they kept my units and my money for almost a month !! Telling me the car was missing parts that were never in original auction pictures and were never there when I picked up cars.
Very Poor experience - Purchased a vehicle recently and when I brought it home I noticed that the cluster/the entire front dashboard was tampered with. I completed a Carfax and noticed that the Kilometers reported by the Auction were 150,000 lower then the actual amount. I called their Corporate office today and spoke to Katarzyna who was very unprofessional. She did not listen to what I had to say and when I asked for a resolutions she swore at me and terminated the call. I will be filling a formal compliant against Impact Auto Auctions. The main reason for this review is that everyone is aware of how shady these guys are. BECAREFUL when making a purchase
Manager told me she will refund for front damage which was not mentioned on the profile, after I took the car and sent them front damage pictures they refused that promised me for refund. They lie very easily to customers and terrible service
