I had my car hauled away due to a total loss from insurance. I got a call from Impact to have it towed but Sue couldnt read my name for whatever reason let alone my aunts name who is the main insurance holder. She was so bad at reading she needed her supervisor to read my name for her. How bad do you have to be to not do research on your clients before contacting them? Good thing I dont have a car anymore because now I will never have to deal with a rep like Sue. If I do get a car I will make it a priority to never deal with this company.
