Immigrant Women Services Ottawa is one of the best settlement agencies serving immigrants. They offer several services to help and support immigrants in their settlement in Ottawa. Wonderful staff.

I really love this agency since most staff are very helpful and friendly. They have helped many woman in crisis to get through the most difficult times. They have partnership with lawyers and interpretation service. These are very valuable for immigrant women!! However, I took off one star since I experienced long-term verbal and emotional abuse there from one person who worked there. I lost 10 pounds in 2 months and sought doctor for help. To be fair, majority of the staff there were really great!! That's why I was able to survive a while when I was there. The other staff treated me very well. I don't want to discredit this agency. Love this place for sure.
