Incredible experience from a FANTASTIC agency. I worked directly with ImageX over a few years working on a large-scale enterprise website consisting of hundreds of unique pages. Their skill in design, user-interface, and user-experience are unparalleled. I wouldn't dream of working with anyone else. ImageX delivered our project professionally, collaboratively, and on-time within our budget. Massachusetts Maritime Academy, a special mission state college, worked with ImageX to build our new campus website. We considered 5 other options, but ImageX stood out to us through its specialty in higher education and their commitment to working within the decided budget. We really appreciated the open conversation about what we needed to compromise on throughout development to keep within our budget. During the planning phase, ImageX was very professional and collaborative with our staff. We were able to confirm what the priorities were for the project, and they really instilled a lot of confidence for our staff that the project was in good hands. Execution involved weekly iterative meetings to review what had been accomplished and what changes were needed. During launch, ImageX developed our staff with on-site training. The reaction to the site as a whole has been very positive, and our applicant pool has been larger than ever, in part to the marketing delivered through our new website.
