Recently completed a beautiful stamped patio and sidewalk with Brosco. The entire crew paid attention to detail and our satisfaction. As responsive as possible during the busy season of an extra busy year. My experience with other businesses we contacted for quoting this job was disappointing as we had to chase for prices and follow-up. No corners cut when excavating, forming, stone, remesh, pouring, stamping, and sealing. And good followup to correct any minor details we saw afterwards. Great crew. Will contact again when it's time to do my driveway...
I had Brosco come to level the stamped concrete around my pool. It was not in dire straits but the slabs had moved enough that stubbed toes were becoming a problem. The quote was very fair and although we had to wait a couple of months, they arrived on the date and time they promised. The work is first rate and Nick and Marco took care of us when a problem arose. Very happy customer.
Colour me impressed! I've had stellar Brosco results and service before, but this time takes the cake. I asked for a quote for a small job, and Ian was good enough to point out that rather than spend the 1000 I'd anticipated, the job was something I could do myself with 15 in materials. There is a lot to be said in this day and age for the recognition that ethical behaviour just makes good business sense. Do you think I'll bother calling anyone else next time? Why would I risk my money with someone else?
Unfortunately, I suffered a loss, we signed the agreement, and I paid the down payment. After more than a month and a half, they told me after correspondence that they were unable to keep the deadline. I advise anyone to be interested in Keep the appointment first priority . I got my deposit back and canceled. It was a bad experience.
