5 Star health care!! Dr. Fedyeyva and her team offer caring, personalized expert health care. Our entire family, from toddler to seniors, have been patients for 10 years. Follow-up care is a highlight of this practice. As is often said, good help is hard to find. The current MOA team are friendly, caring and helpful, meeting patients' needs as best they can in these challenging Covid times. I think not an easy task. In particular, Stephanie has been wonderful to interact with. This practice offers virtual and telephone appointments which can be booked online with your specific family doctor. I like having these options, and have on occasion booked a daily virtual walk-in appointent when a last-minute appointment was required.

That entrance digital display is a trigger for the Alcoholics I no doubt know, but this Drs office is maintained seamlessly under its volume pressures and the new Covid measures.

My husband and I were recently taken on as patients with Dr.Kate Brennan and we could not be happier with her! She is straight to the point but still funny and kind. She has made me feel extremely comfortable talking about anything with her and I am so glad to have found her! I will say getting a hold of the office can be challenging at peak times but that is to be expected during these crazy times! The staff are incredible and super friendly and you can tell they are trying their best to help everyone as quick as possible during these unprecedented times.

Worst telephone service I have ever had. The conversaion and relaying information was challenging due to there being a language barrier and then she kept putting me on hold without apology, explanation or any kind of indication why. she needed to. it's been over half an hour. Her tone of voice was totally sloppy an nonchalant. it doesn't feel like they care at all or wish to be working there. Waist of time. Overall, very frustrating experence. I'd give zero if I could.
