Igloo baby announced final reductions in their newsletters yesterday. My partner ordered two items, received an order confirmation and was waiting for an email to confirm that our order is ready for pickup. This morning we received an email saying our order is cancelled, and when I checked stock online I found one of the items is out of stock but the other is still available in the size we ordered, only the price has increased more than two-fold. As a reputable business, when you make a pricing error you should own your mistake and honour the price instead of just cancelling the order that has already been paid for. Really disappointed.

Igloo was a lovely place. The second my daughter stepped in, she said that she really liked one of the dresses. It was a beautiful black and white poofy dress. The customer service was phenomenal!
