I don't know if anyone really has the option to use this Courier or if the Business we order from choose to use ICS but don't choose this company. It wont last long. Tracking is non-existant, its just a show. If you are not within their delivery range they will farm out the delivery to someone else and you wont be able to track. I'm waiting on a package that got in their system on Dec 14th. Its now Jan 4th and the estimated delivery date just keeps rolling over to the next day as others have mentioned. Customer service is non-existant, they won't answer emails or phone.
