As such with the way things are it is difficult to do business and on top of it when clients do not pay, it makes it even more difficult. I submitted my case to them and had to call in to find out whether they have received it. They will not communicate with you or take any actions at all. No updates, no nothing. I think it is not a serious company. We wasted our time with them.
