I was doing work on my laptop at the coffee culture down the street and my laptop died and I didn't have my charger and didn't want to go all the way home to get it. I called every electronics store in the area and Icon computers is the only one that had a charger in stock. I walked to the store instead of drove becasue it was one plaza over. I was greeted with kindness - the gentleman kindly opened the brand new charger and pluged it into my laptop to ensure it worked and asked me if I could stay just to see if the charger is good and increases charge so I wouldnt have to walk back if there was an issue. He even honored the price he told me on the phone even though the cable was additonal to the actual wall plug. Professional, kind, honest and went the extra mile. Highly reccomend this establishment.

Came in just before closing one day and the owner still allowed me to come in. He happily helped me with the problem I was having very quickly and professionally. Thank you for allowing me to use my computer again good sir!

I usually don't do reviews but I had to for this store. I have been a very loyal customer for many years now and will definitely continue to be! The service here is absolutely amazing! the owner is always very helpful and takes the time out to answer my questions and always tells me how to keep my computer safe. The prices are also very reasonable. I ALWAYS leave happy and because of this all of my family and friends come to him too!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
