Very bad customer service. They have absolutely no idea what they are doing. I have had to call several times to get a small change done. The number customer service agents and time taken to do a simple transaction is crazy. They have no measure of efficiency. I would not recommend ICICI to anyone.

Needed a roll of toonies and loonies for parking at skytrain. Good service and friendly staff.
Today I went there . The service of staff is very poor. They are very rude. Don’t know how to deal with customers. Mobile baking also does not work properly. Very disappointed to open an account there.
Honestly, zero star for this bank. Staff has no sense how to talk to customer. When i told them about my problem they started arguing with me even i was facing problem in my account becoz of them. There was senior lady i don't know her but she has no sense at all. And this is for that senior lady if you are reading this then please go to school first and learn how to treat people. And I’m requesting all people please don’t open ur account in this bank. This is totally wastage of time.
