The best medispa I have ever been to! The staff is so friendly and they give amazing advice on any skincare issues, and most importantly, they know how to deliver results. They offer free skin consultations and will advise you on what the best treatments products are for your specific skin concerns!

This Monday November 19th I stopped into Ici Paris skin care clinic & spa for a moor mud detox wrap and massage. The location was perfect as there was plenty of street parking making it easy to drive to. Greeted on entry by warm smiles and a very calming and peaceful atmosphere. My services started right on time. The treatment included a body scrub, then being covered in moor mud, followed by being wrapped into a heated blanket. It was a very unique experience, allowing me to fully detox. Following this with a shower and then a full body massage, I never felt so relaxed. My skin was so soft and smooth. Ivan my masseuse was incredible! I would highly recommend trying the the moor mud detox wrap and body massage !!
I have been coming to this spa for many years off and on. However, my last experience didn’t go very well and I walked out very unhappy. I love the staff as everyone is very friendly, helpful and welcoming but there was a complete misunderstanding during my last visit. I called to book an appointment and was unsure which treatment to book without consulting with my regular skin specialist there first, which is Haldja. I was booked for an hour time and was told No problem, I can discuss with Haldja which treatment to do that day. When I saw Haldja that day, we decided on the Russian Peel which is 65/treatment. She stared the treatment with some extractions first. After it was all done, I came to the cash register to pay, I was billed for a facial plus the Russian peel. I told Vesna (who was at the cash register) that I never asked for a facial nor did Haldja inform me of what she was doing as a part of the treatment nor that I needed one in order to do the Russian peel but her respond was, “well, she did a facial for you, didn’t she ?” The point is that I was never told that in order to do my first Russian peel I need to do a facial 1st and (I had a facial a month before that), nor was I informed or consulted about it about at any point during the treatment that day. My total came to 185 It’s not so much about the money but it is about the fact that another treatment was done without consulting with me first and getting my consent. I walked out very confused and caught off guard of what has just happened. Haldja is a sweet lady and she does a great job with all skin treatments. I am just unsure of where the communication failed that day. \u200d️
Bought 2 things here online for my mom while her regular place was closed. Paid June 8 received July 22 from the Danforth east end Toronto to Etobicoke west end Toronto. Are you serious. Their response: sorry Canada post inconvenienced you. No assistance, no trace initiated, just wait should be there by Christmas we hope. This is what I get for buying things off a random place I googled. 20 flat rate shipping or free shipping since I spent over 160 so its not like pack of gum, I would expect you at least ship it in a small box with express post so it arrives reasonably without all product boxes damaged. Not reasonable for gifting. No longer needed after this time frame and will not use product as have no clue where it was for 6 weeks ...like in the back of truck somewhere without air conditioning? Would not recommend shopping online here, and I don't want to hear any useless covid excuses as you made NO effort to assist.
I went to Ici Paris Spa for two services - aromatherapy massage and a manicure. The massage was perfect, but I'm very disappointed with the end result of the manicure, which is why I am giving my experience a 2-star rating. The lady who performed the services was nice, but it was obvious within moments that the spa does not specialize in nail care. I was taken to a small table set aside between two flights of stairs to have my manicure done, so basically, there isn't a proper area designated for manicures. There was a limited selection of nail polishes to choose from, on top of which the colour I did like hardly had any polish in it. I was surprised that there was no fan or any other type of machine to help fasten the drying process. I was told my nails would take 15-20 minutes to dry so I refrained from using my hands for about 35-40 minutes to play it safe. Hours after my manicure I noticed my nails didn't look polished at all. Before the end of the night, they were smudged and had dents. A day later, I am still getting nicks and dents in them. I expected a lot more from a place that charges 47 for a simple manicure. Very disappointing!
So pleased with my first experience at Ici Paris. Never before in Toronto I left a skin care clinic feeling that I achieved tangible results of the level I had today. I was extremely lucky to have Borka as my skin care therapist. In addition to the facial tailored to my sensitive skin, Borka used a laser to eliminate spider veins that lived on my face for as long as I remember myself. I had already given up trying to solve this issue in multiple places multiple times. I am absolutely thrilled and grateful for Borka's knowledge and confidence. She is a magician! The customer experience is fantastic, from booking the time to a follow-up email thanking for the visit. Most of all, I appreciate the feeling that you genuinely care about every visitor and want to deliver results. There is not a slightest hint of pretentiousness so common in salons that need to justify their location (think Yorkville). I appreciate you keeping your European standards high!
When I decided to get rid of excess hair I did my research and found Ici Paris skin care clinic to be among most reputable in the field. My laser technician was Lia. First, I had a deep and extensive consultation with her. She then performed the treatment in highly professional manner, I was very comfortable and very pleased with the results. The most advanced technology was used to treat my condition. The entire atmosphere of clinic was very relaxing and pleasant. The staff is amazing, warm and caring. Front desk were very enthusiastic, professional and helpful even at the end of the long day. Great investment for my money, great results. I also did cavitation treatment to prove my body contour, which was part of my slimming process with Lia. Lia also does wonderful facials! I was so satisfied with the service that I decided to bring in my daughter. She had a great experience as well. We wholeheartedly recommend Ici Paris to our family and friends and for anyone who is up to highly professional and pleasant experience!
Ici Paris has transformed my skin. I've been going for 3 years and the results on my skin are simply phenomenal. I've tried a variety of treatments (facials, sublative rejuvenation and micro-needling). My acne scars have diminished and my skin is glowing! I get my facials done once a month or once every two months and the changes are apparent. Their consultations with they're holistic aestheticians not only recommend the right treatments and products but also the rights kinds of foods.
