you can find some unique products, reasonably good quality. Only issue, but A BIG ISSUE is there is no English descriptions of the products. For example I recently bought a pack of cleaning powders specific for stainless steel Thermos bottle (Product number C1549), there are description on the back of the pack in Japan language. No single work of English. If this store wants to thrive for long time in North America, and many countries there should be English translations in all the products.

Good place to find Japanese style household items. A lot of selection with reasonable price. But only few staff are working here, difficult to ask for help.

Now in the basement/parking garage of the mall building. They used to be next door but the old market building is tore down. Smaller selection great prices

Small shop with a variety of cute items for 2 each. Love the chopsticks! FYI No credit cards. Cash only or debit accepted above 10.

Located at the P1 level of Pacific Mall, this Ichiban location actually spans two levels with a basement to the already at basement entrance. Rent must be cheaper this way. It's essentially a Japanese dollar store albeit the majority of their merchandise are made in China. Then again, what isn't? Decent selection of kitchen stuff, school stuff, all sorts of plastic houseware, knick knacks, etc. Itll be interesting to see how they compete against the proliferation of other Japanese dollar stores around the GTA like Miniso and Oomomo.
