We provide a forum that brings together youth and community to better cope with growth, integration and explore their creative ambitions. In partnership with Service Canada, the IC Youth Festival celebrates our youth by bringing together young talent from across Toronto and the GTA. From filmmaking, music, dance, and the arts, youth come together to perform in their communities. Every year the IC Youth Festival takes place in over 10 different areas, including North York, Richmond Hill, Thornhill, Etobicoke, Don Valley West and more.
