Overall a good, efficient service though there was some confusion over cost when booking that wasn’t made clear. We were totally under quoted and I had to figure there was something wrong myself. Also a brand new pair of sneakers that I stupidly left in an open bag went missing. We reported the missing items on two occasions but never heard back from them, which sadly speaks volumes.
