Ordered a christmas gift. Received confirmation email and money was taken from my account. Never received the product. Never received a reply to my emails or DMs when asked about an update on my purchase. This shop stole money from me. It’s been almost a month since I placed an order and I’ve heard literally nothing from this shop or it’s owner. But both the shop and owner have been active on social media which leads my to believe I’m being ignored.
