I would avoid as much as possible, or at least avoid scheduling online appointments. Not the best experience. I had scheduled an appointment to have my car picked up at 10 AM for service, come 1030 no one is here yet, so I called the Service desk and they assured me someone’s on their way and they’re just stuck in traffic. (Friday 10 AM, not sure what traffic they’re talking about). So I wait... 11:30 rolls by and no one is here yet. Called back and spoke to one of their managers “Ben” Who said the drivers got confused but they’re on their way now. So I canceled. I’d rather schedule my appointments in a different dealership then waist my time like this!
I continue to bring both my 2014 Sonata and my 2019 Santa Fe XL to Pathway Hyundai for all my service requirements. I would like to send out kudos to Barbara, who followed up with me by phone after my recent service appointment. I understand that the parts department at Pathway is currently closed. I told Barb that I needed touch up paint for my Santa Fe. She got right on it and had the paint made available for pickup. Thanks Barb...very helpful.. much appreciated! Once again, everyone at Pathway that I dealt with was first-rate. Thanks Pathway
I wish all the front counter service managers are more knowledgeable about Hyundai service bulletins. My mechanics from another independent shop know way more than these service managers do. And the cleaner's wiping clothes need to be washed more often. You can see where they wiped by the streak marks.
I booked my service online and when I came i change my package in order to have a synthetic oil but after far as I know the promo began that day and nobody give me an option or to offer me.
This place decided to take me on the day of which was totally fine that's what I needed. But i wasn't impressed with the way they managed to get the outside of my car filled with a bunch of black marks.
Great service on my vehicle. I bought my Hyundai from a different dealership in a different city; it was only after moving to Orleans and getting my service done here did I realize how much quality service I was missing out on. They have certainly earned my business on my next vehicle purchase.
Parts Department was magnificent. Was being helped out by a couple of fine gentlemen named Adam and Mathieu. They were incredibly helpful and amazingly knowledgeable. Will definitely be buying parts from them again. 10/10, would not snap my fingers to erase them from existence.
